Why is my payment not reflecting on my bill?

Payments usually take up to 5 business days to reach your account. If your bill has been issued prior or just after you have made a payment it may not reflect. Not to worry, it will reflect on your next bill.

Paid more than 5 days ago? We suggest taking a look at the account number / reference number you may have paid into? If you have paid an incorrect OVO account contact us here and we can arrange the payment to be transferred to the correct account.

Still having trouble locating your payment? Contacting your bank to verify the status of the payment and where it was paid to would be a great start, as we may have not received it.
