Do I still get a bill if I pay by direct debit?

Most definitely! 


We will always ensure you receive your monthly bill via email which reflects your usage and charges for the billing period. To request a copy of your bill, send us a message below and one of our friendly team members will send this to your nominated email address. 


As our plans are Bill Smoothed, we do not require any debit balance reflecting on your bill to be paid in full. reflecting on the bill. Simply continue with your monthly Direct Debit payments and your account balance will eventually smooth out to a $0 balance
